Non-Profit Organizations endorsed by private contributions have existed in the United States since the mid-eighteenth century. These religious, charitable, or “public-benefit” organizations provide essential social services and address the needs of a community. To successfully "Change The World," non-profits must take the same methodical approach to aligning leadership strategies to the mission, vision and values of the organization as their for profit counterparts. Unfortunately, our experience has shown us that although many NPOs may have a clearly defined mission, vision and values statement, they may have neglected to successfully define the strategies that will determine "how" their overall goals or objectives will be reached.
