At InteliCorp Business Solutions, we help our clients analyze existing business problems and develop plans for improvement. Organizations choose us because we offer objective advice and have subject matter expertise in a wide variety of service areas, such as, business strategy, marketing, financial and management controls, human resources, information technology, e-business and operations and supply-chain management. Some of our clients hire our consultants to provide extra temporary help during a one-time project, to avoid the hassle and expense of hiring a full-time employee, while other clients utilize our services to gain greater internal control over their organization with the goal of maximizing growth and improving business performance.
Our consultants work hard to help our client organizations experience success in a downward spiraling economy and are cognizant of the constant changes, challenges and turnovers experienced by today's organizations. Therefore, our primary goal is to provide our clients with objective advice, expertise and the specialized skill which can positively impact the strategy, structure, management and operations of the organization, in addition to creating value, maximizing growth and improving operations.

Management Consultant

As a InteliCorp consultant, you will be expected to develop relationships with "niche" technology companies and other organizations to offer our clients advice on industry specific solutions. You are also required to have an indepth understanding of "best practices" and how such practices can be transferred from one industry and/or organization to another. Please keep in mind that our subject-matter experts are typically entrepreneurial in nature and prefer to work as independent contractors. Many of our consultants like the flexibly of creating their own schedule and enjoy the freedom to manage a short-term project virtually from their home office. Other consultants, however, prefer to travel, like a "hands on" approach and feel more comfortable managing projects on-site. Consultants that manage on-site long-term client projects or who function as interim manager for our client organizations, typically choose to become InteliCorp employees. As with many other consulting companies, our projects and engagements vary and so do our opportunities. Compensation will always depend on the complexity and length of the project, the type of client organization and the demands of the client.
Here are just a short list of tasks that our consultants perform:
- interviewing client’s employees, management team and other stakeholders;
- carrying out research and data collection;
- conducting analysis;
- running focus groups and facilitating workshops;
- preparing business proposals/presentations;
- spending time at the client's site identifying issues and forming hypotheses;
- formulating and implementing recommendations/solutions;
- spending time on the computer/Internet conducting virtual meetings and/or training sessions;
- helping create an organizational management infrastructure;
- participating in strategy, planning and goal-setting sessions;
- analyzing departmental functions, responsibilities and individual job roles/descriptions;
