2. We will collaborate with our clients to establish realistic expectations. 
3. We will explain the costs and benefits of our services and only accept assignments for which we have the requisite experience.
4. We will establish a mutual understanding with our clients to determine the objectives, scope, work plan and training schedule for each assignment.
5. We will safeguard all confidential and proprietary or privileged client information.
6. We will avoid engaging in client assignments where there is a clear conflict of interest.
7. We will disclose to our clients any circumstances or interests that we believe may influence our judgement or objectivity. 
8. We will work diligently to resolve conflict and will not engage in any activity that is illegal, immoral, dangerous, deceptive or objectionable.
9. We will share our expertise and experience with our clients and conduct ourselves in a professional manner.
10. We will exercise great care when offering business critical advice to our clients.
